Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at niktanexport@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at niktanexport@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.
Delivery Damage
Inspect your order and packaging in the presence of the delivery driver. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery documents and contact us within 24 hours. Provide digital photos of the damaged item and the driver’s name. We will handle the replacement or refund process at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For any questions about specific items, please contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product following our return process and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at niktanexport@gmail.com to initiate this process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the process. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at niktanexport@gmail.com.
